Yes, they will eventually have to find a replacement for the saabs, but that is at least 10 years away. The standard fleet is currently an advantage in terms of being low cost.
The dividends are actually not that consistent as Rex has a conservative chairman who has previously deferred dividends to conserve cash in turbulent times.
