is it fair to say john armstrong, dave mason and bernard rowley are the only directors of texon. the board of texon
cliff foss was only appointed as an officer, CEO and president of texoz..
so the board would have the final say on anything with shareholder approval..
if the company had of fracced the peeler efs well.. then imho news on that should be on hand now
