I'm NOT averaging down Ultra. You see, I bought most of my IGR in the 20s and lower.
I was topping up yesterday buying VALUE, so I don't need any "luck" with yesterday's purchases of IGR.
IGR now 31.5c. Up over 10% today.
The "luck" was needed by yesterday's IGR sellers. Looks like they're out of luck.
