from what i made of the proprosed arrangement (assuming it gets the required votes at the egm )i wont be selling the uk shares - the aust co i will hold shares in will probably sell them some time - the oz holding company shares will likely stay listed in oz - talk of the oz company not remaining listed is just a scare i believe
