What you call a " cloudy announcement", I'm inclined to be a little harsher. I think it was contemptuous of the legitimate expectations of shareholders to have the terms of the deal spelled out in clear and concise terms so that we don't have to toil in mirkiness to unlock either its meaning or intent

I still believe any deal in terms of which EPW has the right to buy ROG's entire interest can't be good for us. If there is commercial quantities of gas, they will exercise their option and our interest will be capped at 10 mil. If there isn't, we won't get the 10 mil anyway because they will waive their right to take over ROG's interest....I'm struggling to see the upside for ROG...perhaps I'm missing something

We have all held all this time because of the proven reserves and prospectivity. If the quantities prove to be uncommercial, then so be it....we gambled and lost. But why close us out of the game now?
