What is potentially worse is a takeover offer that comprises PRY scrip only, rather than a cash bid, as outlined in today's AFR (page 16). Given doctor group controls around 30% of stock, presumably clarity on remuneration model under PRY ownership is required, albeit there is value in surgeries on a standalone basis.
