Hey Stoops, looks like they've been reading you, LTL & Borisdog here, lol.

Certainly seems they are well aware of the issues and moving to address them. They are obviously going to need to come up with something plausible to have any chance of funding but I do like their approach, pretty factual, not too much window dressing or BS from what I can see.

"Within the Charley Creek Alluvial Fans, there are significant opportunities to identify areas of mineralized alluvium with higher- grades and ratios of HREO which will have a positive impact on project economics."

"This approach, if successful, would advance Charley Creek’s development timetable ahead of many other potential rare-earth producers."

Still a long way to go but the two points above plus Pancon back on board encouraged me enough to put another toe in the water at these prices so I guess I'll change my sentiment to Buy, for what that's worth.
