I dont know what ROG is doing but read the ann...
ERM Gas can earn up to 80% in PEL 478, 60% in PEL 479 and 60% in PEL 457
ROG dosn't seem to hold a huge chunk in it.
ROG is selling the asset if ERM wants it.......why sell it off if it is producing Gas??? "ERM Gas has the option over the next three years to purchase Red Sky’s 20% interest in PEL 479 and 457 for $5 million each – a total of $10 million."
Sounds like Gillespie is making a quick buck for him self, what will ROG have after the sale of Clarence???
