Having spent a few nights researching set up plays, apart from small % takeover arbitrarge opps, what I found was RNC. The deal appears to have few conditions and offers serious upside from here. In any event, it appears to be a simple business model which if anything may benefit from the current macro uncertainty, ie. no one leaving their rental properties. A little bit of a wait but an update on the sale could spike it at any time.
