Benny, there is downside risk. The share can be (what's the word for it) re-organised so there are less shares on issue with a higher stock price for liquidity. Therefore it can drop further.
It's unfortunate and I feel for all holders today, but don't hold onto a false sense of security because it's at 0.1c
