Speculating on TREO as a group is a little difficult given the different elements/different uses.
For example Nd, Pr & Dy are a big play on wind energy & EV, both of which have dubious economics/practicalities. Wouldn't be a wind generating turning without subsidies and current talk in Eu is scaling back on some of the projections. Don't imagine lower REO prices will have much impact there.
Eu, Tb & Y important for low energy lighting/phosphors and lower costs here could hasten roll out and demand.
Lots of info in that DoE report including the above comparison which is one of the reasons I haven't been so fixated on Dy but rather Lynas's broader spread of CREO, particularly Eu & Tb.
From what I saw I don't think the Th/U will be much of an issue for NTU but I guess we'll find out more with their JORC.
