You are wise to have worked out that mr Cohen would have being the only winner if he succeeded. Now let's be a little optimistic on the deal that has been accepted.
If the Kitd share price is $1 in six months and then goes up to it's 12 month high of $14 we would get not 40c but $7 per Hyro share.
How could this be a bad deal!
