I'm guessing this stite has not been updated for a while.

I have also 'just' been informed by a source that atla has submitted an application for leave to appeal. And that the matter is due to be
heard on Wednesday. Talk about a quick turn-around. Great news.

From the overview of atla and the ownership structure and back-ground, it's had to conceive that politically the result of dispute would not come our way.

From the atla website:
'ATLA Mining Resources was formed in 2008 with the intention and objective of becoming the leading black owned mining company in platinum group metals commodity. Our major shareholder is the BAKGATLA BA KGAFELA and the CPA of the community plays an important role in our structure. This community has approximately 350 000 dependents.

The company is 100% black owned and managed, with the community through their board representation.

The Bakgatla community has to date ceded 18 farms of which they are the surface rights owners to ATLA Mining.'

Oh, and now that Spain has just been 'rescued', we might see some type of pick-up in the macro environment and we may see a positive day on Tuesday. At least the stage is set.

I also get the feeling at someone has started accumulating, so perhaps we could see a substancial notice in the next week of two? That would be something I think.
