It shouldn't be a risky play.We know that the drug works perfectly well we are testing the delivery system. What should have been a very simple process that should have been successfully completed some years ago has been made difficult and complex by the politics and personalities of the players, some whom were only interested in their own agenda at the expense of others. Hopefully those players are now on the sidelines or out of the game altogether.
I remain pessimisticly optimistic which must be a trait of my star sign.
