Sure you made a heap of money but your renting. What happens if the money gets used up? What will you have to show for it? I don't know how old you are, 41 or 71 going by your handle. Obviously age comes into what both of us are trying to point out. I also dont know what other investments you have. I'm assuming your a smart person and have a substantial amount in fixed deposits.
