When they settled the case against Rob Allan/Panache for a net benefit of $1.6m, they said they were "satisfied" with the outcome.
Working on semantics, perhaps we could hope that, given the upgrade to "pleased" the Alanco gain is worth something greater?
(Of course, it may be that their expressed feelings are simply relative to expectation rather than to the net value).
