The relationship with the auditors has soured - because they pointed out 'errors' by the board.
The board should be thankful for that if it wasn't done on purpose!
That is what auditors are for - to keep the bast#&@s honest.
The company has a responsibility to behave according to the law.
The directors should not take bonuses until it trades profitably and we have a 'proper company'!
Until we have signed documents that allows the company to progress to a viable continuous operation there should be no more bonuses AND the directors should also take a pay cut until this occurs.
