I'm with you and others here, GZ. Happy to sit and watch while Wah Nam perform their circus trick antics in front of their smoke and mirrors backdrop.
The conflict in the directors' statements posted by Mozart does say it all. Their lame argument, which essentially translates as "the mess in Greece entitles us to steal a company from shareholders who have no intention of selling", is ridiculous. I hope the argument does not stand up in court.
If justice is not served, we could lose, and I take that possibility and its implications seriously. But for me, and it seems for others here too, you don't willingly allow these sorts to walk over you.
I'm not stating what price is acceptable; that should come from an independent expert who values the entire company. But the price should have little to do with the goings on in Greece.
