I am serious mate, you need to learn what corporate governance and accounting are all about.
Coporate governance is about potentially having access to inside information to acquire or dispose of securities. Why do companies have black out periods before reports and announcements are released? As a potential investor these are important issues that I look at before I put my money in.
And buying securities in the market has nothing to do with the solvency of the company.
