Vistica, never thought you were having a go at KEY s/h. When the acquisition of Gulliver first was mentioned I checked out EGO and have been following the topics on HC on and off since then so I can see where you, chef747 and others are coming from.
As I understand things I am of the belief that the transaction has been done and it is too late to go back now. The only recourse to EGO shareholders is to seek damages from EGO board/management if they are deemed to have acted improperly in this transaction.
