Is it not the investment they thought it was (D&C) being for mag than DSO or they just don't want to stump up any money & now they are coming to the contractual obligations to pay up.

Interesting - still no great belief in the SP - Unlikely they will counter shoot based on them selling there share but it could be a cunning plan to get a low offer under the shootout. The shoot has some caution required because if u go to low the cunter offer wins & u get bugger all for your own investment. Management don't make it sound to bad if they did loose saying we get all the loans back etc. That worries me to because they might not be so worried if they don't win a shootout as politically it has been a hard market to operate in.

Will watch with interest but possibly closer to October.
