I'm not saying a takeover will happen and I agree major shareholders won’t sell for 0.675. I just want to throw ideas around. By no means do I suggest a takeover is imminent. I'm trying to initiate some thinking outside the box.
I believe Bayan have too much to lose to stop the JV, so I'm trying to understand what their game really is. Especially with the new Indo Gov desire to improve coal quality, their timing seems extremely questionable. Bayan must have had whisper of it before the pulled the pin. I believe there is something we are all missing....only time will tell what.
