Take note in the announcement where Nick states the increased value of Hawsons since the original JV was signed. I think there will be at least 3 interested parties here, AGO, ASI and Mr. Yue, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that there are more, even bigger players circling.

As I and many others said months and months ago, CAP is in the box seat, they have the product in the ground.
