    I disagree. If there is weakness because the money is not paid, infers that the price has risen about 20 %, in the last week, anticipating payment. Bollocks! The odds of the amount being paid are very remote, so who would buy in, anticipation of it occurring?

    I am biased, as I have been buying in anticipation of the payment not happening!
