Yes , an opportunity to get back to basement ( venture ) prices .

Obviously they are going to get more acreage surrounding the lease and get themselves better organised . Hard bargaining going on behind the scenes for more land .

I still reckon this will prove a viable and profitable company ... IN TIME .

New management will not come onboard until a better deal is obtained ... these guys are in it for the long haul and don't care for short term traders woes .

So if you are in this for a quick buck , you lose .
