Since 2009 Noel has been looking for a potential partners.It is 2012 and Noel is still looking for a partner.That is a very long time for someone to negotiate and not come up with a deal.
If Noel was working for a multinational or a large company, and he was trying to secure a jv partner,and after 2 and a half years no agreement had been reached,do you think he would still be in the roll of chief negotiator.The answer to that is simple "NO".In the case of 3d oil Noel is still our chief negotiator.
After Noels plan of a accelerated growth strategy which has not eventuated,or his pathetic exclusivity agreement with oracle energy,the top shareholders of 3d oil would have asked for his resignation. Unfortunately we know the answer to that.
What a shame that 3d shareholders must tolerate this "CRAP" performance.
