For the longevity of the Hawsons Joint Venture, this is probably the best outcome. It might not have as positive a short term effect on the stock as a $25M installment might have hypothetically had, but at least we can now look forward to a stable agreement with a stable partner. But with this outcome, there are still many questions hanging in the air.

Is there a buyer waiting on the doorstep looking to take BMG's place as we speak? Nick has hinted at this being the case many times over the past year in BRRs and other interviews. Will Conglin make a move now that the JV troubles are past us? Will his own firm look to partner with CAP and take Hawsons to production? What does Ample Source have to say about all of this? Have they gone to all of this effort for nothing if they don't JV with CAP?

We could see a few parties try and outbid one another for a piece of the action in my opinion. After all, who wouldn't want to be a part of this. Its a prized, long term asset, that for $3B outlay, will generate profits in the hundreds of millions of dollars each year, for 20-50 years.

I can't see this being a dull month, news wise, by any means!
