It shouldn't be too hard for authorities to check if recent acceptors are Asians, and if they had bought and accepted within weeks.
Folks hold until forced to accept.
If enough of us do that we won't be forced to do anything,
except watch BRM go sky high.
Which ever way it goes, we should know within months.
