Then did some brief research so correct me if I'm wrong but even though EDC have pulled out of one project, they are still continuing with 3 other projects in partnership. And up to $200mill is to be spent by EDC on this development. And they want to progress these projects as quickly as possible. Marketcap of HRL is now around $12mill.
If so surely this has been oversold? It's shareprice today hit below what it was BEFORE the early Feb announcement of EDC major joint venture agreeement.
Look forward to some responses but in the meantime I have bought a small position looking at increasing should further research prove fruitful.
