With the continual theme of posts on the EGO forum and the way the EGO shares trade, I can well understand why EGO management thought they would get a better result for EGO by moving the Canning assets into KEY and retaining ownership via a KEY shareholding. And it is not as though KEY is merely a shell. There was plenty of opportunity: A couple of months, for EGO shareholders who felt they wanted direct exposure to the Canning to buy KEY shares at around 2c, but not many did, preferring to complain instead.
