    Assume say just 20 million shares are placed to one investor. Have a look at AYN's recent trading volumes. That investor would have no chance of picking up 20 million AYN shares at just 6 cents. And under 6 cents - forget it.

    So the placement should be at a decent premium to 6 cents imo.
