Yes, this is the unfortunate fact, yes these assets are probably good and will make $$$ for someone. Sadly, that someone will probably not be the current holders in the current structure. Directors selling=get out! (they were). Seen it all before, so sad to live in a delusional world, we just don't want to believe it will happen to us. But it does, I know.
