So long as the gold hasnt dissapeared and the mine doesnt collapse...through reading HC posts on AXM, the only thing MA appears to have done is destroy shareholder wealth via perceived incompetence. Get rid of him, maybe you have got rid of the problem. I have no understanding of the mine itself, I simply follow industry leaders like Ed Eshuys (Geology) Andrew Forrest ($s!) and put my faith in that they know what they are doing - far better than I do that is for sure, when it comes to extracting $ and gold from a hole in the ground.
