I think it is definately more down to the delay, they said April for J-53 test results and for actual production from J-50 & J-52.

Its near the end of the month now and still no news, especially when having a working production licence is very important from a risk perspective (ie government lets them produce and receive money for the oil sales)

That is the piece of the jigsaw that I think eveyone is waiting on, when proven to work and at 600 bopd the share price will move north above its recent high's getting close to the $1 mark I suspect.
