furniture- yes, Section 7.2(c) - the Underwiting Agreement: no Director is allowed to sell their shares for 3 months from the date of the Prospectus. Check itr our at the source- very interesting.
Also, more shares are not allowed to be distributed within 3 months of the Prospectus, so that means we can't be landed with another quick placement at any time in the nearish future. Nor should there be, of course, but I can't recall ever having seen this written down.
Each of the above look to me like clauses that have been created to give the share price the best chance of returning to some kind of more normal level, or why would they be included at all?
