I'd be happy to support your proposal himalayan but I'm not sure new directors would solve the problem as they will be bound by the collective responsibility of the board. However what is clear is that this Company is not disclosing its true state of affairs to us its shareholders. In fact the inference from the dearth of information is that there is no state of affairs and that the Company is effectively moribund.
Past history would indicate that whatever we are told in the quarterly is unlikely to explain the facts. If, as has been indicated previously in this forum, the Company goes to the market for more money, their past obfuscation will ensure that anyone who has any history with this company is unlikely to contribute.
I find the lack of information from the Company to be rude, unnerving and totally unacceptable. The continued silence could indicate that a deal is being finalised behind the scenes but I'm not optimistic.
