One buyer this morning at 8.5 cents and I then became a second buyer at the same price, rather than going in a bidding competition. Now our orders have both been filled.

I feel yesterdays announcement is positive.
They pay the $1.5 mil in share to the loan facilitator. Now he had better get this over the line.

One exp broker told me he hates the Philipines and hates oil. He has been burnt too many times. It too hit and miss trying to find the stuff.
