Yeah Key dont have many shares at the moment but they also dont have much money which will mean they will have to create some new ones unless they get some really good farm ins.

But if the whole EP448 (correct me if wrong number) is only worth $1 million (thats what he sold it for last year with no shareholder approval) then how could you expect to get any reasonable amount of money from a farm in partner?

By the way i do hope that KEY and EGO merge with a massive share consolidation (so EGO holders can reclaim what is rightfully still theres - EP 448) but im not sure this will happen as i dont believe you can have two family members on the one board??? Independence issues

Anyway its all a bit of sour grapes and KEY will probably do really well. Just cant believe the actions taken by CM at EGO
He even holds shares in KEY now
