nextime, there hasn't been a .003 buy column for people to sell into, so no stagging of profit from the capital raising. Yesterday, there was some buying of .003's, but the broker has been sifting piles around since the raising began, so it may have only been the broker's shares bought anyway. Watching the piles shift was a bit of excitement in the absence of any "real" buying or selling over the past few weeks. Yesterday and today was different. I see M&G have bought more- that's a bit of faith right there.
It all depends on whether the "powers that be" want the post-consolidation shares to be @ 20c or 30c (or even 40c?) Maybe they want the market cap kept low for a takeover?
