Date of that article - March 18th, 2012.
This month (April) has been ROG's announced target but not so sure DPI have the same timeframe in mind. Inquiry report due for release 3rd May so not expecting any good news until after that date. Any approval will be subject to any new regs that are imposed on the CSG industry IMO.
When the approval is finally granted it will be interesting to see how much freedom ROG are given to access the site. Local activists have threatened 'non-violent' protests so ROG may need to employ the services of a steam roller :)
The next few weeks will be interesting to say the least.
