Greenvale Energy Ltd is an Australia-based company engaged in the exploration and development of mineral resources in Queensland, Australia. Its flagship 100%-owned Alpha Torbanite Project is located approximately 50 kilometers (km) south of the town of Alpha in Central Queensland. The Alpha torbanite deposit consists of two seams, an upper seam of lower-grade mineralization with an average thickness of 1.12 meters (m) and a lower seam containing lenses of torbanite up to 1.9m thick. The Alpha Project Tenements include MDL 330 and EPM 27718. It holds a 75% interest in EP145 in the Amadeus Basin. EP145 includes the West Walker anticline, which hosts Ordovician through to Neoproterozoic stratigraphy, with prospective targets at multiple levels over 30 km in length. It has an 80 % interest in EL33670 and ELA33900, comprising the Douglas River Uranium Project, located in the Daly Basin on the south-western portion of the Pine Creek Mineral Field. It also focuses on geothermal projects.More
