The Company owns the Adelong Gold Mine in New South Wales (NSW) together with other mineral projects in Western Australia (WA). Its Adelong Gold Project, which covers approximately 70 square kilometers (km2), comprising the old Adelong Goldfield is situated in Southern NSW, located approximately 20 kilometers (kms) from Tumut and approximately 80 kms from Gundagai. Its Western Australian projects are located in the Proterozoic of the East Kimberley. The Company also owns 100% interest in Santa Rita do Aracuai Lithium Project, located in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Project comprises three exploration permits that covers an area of approximately 53.17 km2. The Company also operates over 10 Exploration Permits granted in the Paraiba Province, Northeastern Brazil, covering a total of 162.8 km2, namely the Paraiba Province Project.More
