DIAMOND DRILLING UNDERWAY AT FERKESSEDOUGOU NORTH

ASX Announcement 22 March 2019

Predictive Discovery Limited (Predictive or Company) is pleased to announce that up to 1,000m of diamond drilling (DD) has commenced at Ferkessedougou North (Toro Joint Venture, Cote D’Ivoire). The drilling is designed to explore the shape of the gold mineralised granitic body identified recently from highly encouraging trenching results (Figure 1). Best results from the trenching included 34m at 5.29g/t Au1 and 92m at 1.76g/t Au1 and complemented good, earlier RC drill results from the same granitic body including 25m at 3.1g/t Au from 64m2

“The Company is excited by the commencement of diamond drilling at Ferkessedougou North following the outstanding trench results announced in February. The trenching identified an elliptical shaped gold mineralised granitic intrusive body approximately 160m long and 90m wide at surface. We are eager to test the mineralised body with deeper drilling. With trenching results pending and drilling now underway on both the Boundiali and Ferkessedougou North Projects, we look forward to a steady stream of new results from the Toro Joint Venture in the coming months.” – Commented Managing Director, Paul Roberts.

FERKESSEDOUGOU NORTH PROJECT – PREVIOUS EXPLORATION

In 2016, soil sampling at Ferkessedougou North4 revealed a 17km-long zone of gold-in-soil anomalies. Follow-up trenching in 2017 and reconnaissance RC drilling in 2018 revealed widespread gold mineralisation mainly in altered sheared granite bodies, with a series of drill intercepts in one zone extending over more than 1km of strike and including a best intercept of:

FNRC016: 25m at 3.06g/t Au from 64m, including 4m at 13.78g/t Au5

A recently completed gradient array Induced Polarisation (IP) survey over the southern gold mineralised zone has demonstrated a spatial correlation between mineralisation identified in previous drilling and a 1.5km long IP (chargeability) anomaly.

NEW RESULTS FROM BOUNDIALI NORTH REVEAL THREE ZONES OF STRONG GOLD-IN-SOIL ANOMALIES

ASX Announcement 11 March 2019

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Predictive/Toro Gold Joint Venture is advancing its highly prospective Boundiali Project (Cote D’Ivoire) with completion of a large infill soil sampling program and follow-up trenching in progress on the Boundiali North permit.
  • Soil sample analyses have identified three strong gold anomalous zones (BN1, 2, 3) with a combined length of 7.7km within the previously defined broad, 14km long zone of soil anomalies, significantly enhancing the Boundiali Project’s potential.
  • Approximately 10,000m of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling on the Boundiali Project will commence this week:

- infill drilling of the 1.2-long Nyangboue gold mineralised zone (including 20m at 10.5g/t Au and 30m at 8.3g/t Au1 ) on the Boundiali South permit, to be followed by

- reconnaissance RC drilling to follow up trench results on the Boundiali North permit once they are received.

BOUNDIALI NORTH – INFILL SAMPLING HIGHLIGHTS

  • New results are reported from 4,386 infill soil samples collected over high priority areas with a 200m x 50m sample density (Figure 1). This work has identified three clear zones of strong, coherent goldin-soil anomalies, building on previous encouraging gold-in-soil results.
  • Results confirm the potential for multiple gold discoveries with numerous gold values above 500ppb.

Anomaly BN1 (Figures 1 and 2)

  • 1.6 km long and up to 1km wide, peak values of 878ppb Au, 755ppb Au and 707ppb Au.

Anomaly BN2 (Figures 1 and 3)

  • 3.0km long and up to 400m wide, peak values of 873ppb Au, 747ppb Au and 635ppb Au.

Anomaly BN3 (Figures 1 and 3)

  • 3.1km long and up to 200m wide, peak values of 648ppb Au and 595ppb Au.

BOUNDIALI NORTH – NEXT STEPS

A trenching program, totalling at least 2,000m, is now underway to test highly anomalous parts of the soil anomalies. RC drilling is expected to commence once the trenching results have been received.

Figure 1 – Three zones (BN1, BN2, BN3) of gold-in-soil geochemical anomalies across the Boundiali North permit.

Predictive Discovery Limited (Predictive or Company) is pleased to announce results from recent infill soil geochemical sampling, managed by Joint Venture Partner Toro Gold Limited (“Toro”), at the Company’s Boundiali Project.

The Boundiali Project consists of two permits – Boundiali North and Boundiali South which cover 29km of strike length within a very well-mineralised greenstone belt which includes the large, operating Tongon, Sissingue and Syama gold mines (Figure 2). The southern portion of the belt remains underexplored with a significant opportunity to discover new, large gold deposits.

Predictive’s first exploration program on the permit was a BLEG stream sediment survey2 in 2014 which discovered a series of strong stream sediment anomalies. Soil sampling by joint venture partner Toro Gold

Limited in 2015-16 revealed the 6km-long Nyangboue gold geochemical anomaly3 . A 2016 RC drilling program then identified gold mineralisation extending over at least 1.2km of strike in the southern part of that anomaly.

These new results come from part of the Toro Joint Venture’s exploration program in Cote D’Ivoire with a 2018-19 budget of approximately A$4 million and a current focus on the Boundiali and Ferkessedougou North Projects each of which contain recent gold discoveries and excellent potential to find more gold mineralisation.

The Company has interests in approximately 5,000km2 of highly-prospective landholdings across the world-class Birimian greenstone belts of Cote D’Ivoire.

BROAD WIDTHS AND HIGH-GRADE GOLD FROM TRENCHING AT FERKESSEDOUGOU NORTH

ASX Announcement 13 February 2019

SUMMARY

  • 1,960m of trenching has recently been completed at the Ferkessedougou North Project (Toro JV) in Cote D’Ivoire.
  • The Company is highly encouraged by the results, with the discovery of a significant elliptical shaped gold mineralised granitic intrusive body approximately 160m long and 90m wide.

FERKESSEDOUGOU NORTH TRENCHING HIGHLIGHTS

  • Significant intersections from bottle roll assays of channel samples in the trenches include:

- FNTR35: 34m at 5.29g/t Au including 2m at 75.70g/t Au (results for rest of trench pending)

- FNTR029: 92m at 1.76g/t Au including 2m at 20.60g/t Au and 2m at 8.04g/t Au

- FNTR028: 38m at 1.27g/t Au including 2m at 7.03g/t Au

- FNTR028: 78m at 1.30g/t Au including 2m at 7.47g/t Au

- FNTR028: 22m at 1.60g/t Au including 2m at 9.65g/t Au

  • Trenching was designed to test IP anomalies1 and help define the geology of mineralised granite intersected in previous RC drilling2 in three dimensions. Best intersections from the single RC drill section which tested this mineralisation in 2018 included:

- FNRC016: 25m at 3.06g/t Au from 64m including 13m at 5.35g/t Au

- FNRC001: 13m at 0.97g/t Au from 4m - FNRC002: 28m at 0.67g/t Au from 0m

- FNRC003: 14m at 1.20g/t Au from 25m

  • Additional trench assay results are pending with a follow-up diamond drilling (DD) program expected to commence in the next four weeks.

“These trenches have confirmed the discovery of a significant gold mineralised body at Ferkessedougou North. We now know that the thick mineralised drill intercepts reported last year correlate with a wide gold mineralised granitic body at surface.

The Joint Venture’s drilling and trenching have only tested a small proportion of the 17km long zone of goldin-soil anomalies so far, highlighting the potential to make more such discoveries on the soil grid.

We look forward to the start of diamond drilling soon.”Commented Managing Director, Paul Roberts.

Predictive Discovery Limited (Predictive or Company) is pleased to announce initial results from a recent trenching program at Ferkessedougou North in northern Cote D’Ivoire, located on the same greenstone belt as the large Tongon (4.6 Moz) and Sissingue (1.0 Moz) gold mines.

These results form part of the 2018-19 Toro Joint Venture exploration program which is focused on the Ferkessedougou North and Boundiali Permits. The Company currently has interests in approximately 5,000km2 of highly-prospective land holdings in Cote D’Ivoire.

TRENCHING PROGRAM – FERKESSEDOUGOU NORTH

5,147m of trenching has been completed on the Ferkessedougou North permit since November 2017. The results highlighted in this release were generated from 1,960m of trenching completed in the last two months. 2m channel samples were taken in the trench walls and submitted for bottle roll (cyanide leach) analysis at the Elam laboratory in Yamoussoukro, Cote D’Ivoire.

The recent trenching program was designed to:

- Better understand the geometry of gold mineralisation assays reported from the 2018 RC drilling program.

- Test anomalies identified in a recent IP survey.

These trenches have confirmed the discovery of a significant gold mineralised body at Ferkessedougou North with long, gold mineralised zones in trench channel samples (Figure 1) correlating with wide, goldmineralised granite intercepts at depth (Figure 2).

Better intercepts included:

- FNTR35: 34m at 5.29g/t Au including 2m at 75.70g/t Au (assays for rest of trench are pending)

The presence of high-grade gold in most trenches confirms that the high grades obtained in drill hole FNRC016 (i.e. 13m at 5.35g/t Au) in 2018 (Figures 1 and 2) were not an isolated occurrence.

To date trenching and RC drilling have only tested a small proportion of the 17km long and 2km wide zone of gold-in-soil anomalies (Figure 4). Given a soil sample spacing of 200 x 50m, the opportunity for further identification of similar broad but strike limited gold-mineralised granites at Ferkessedougou North is high.

A complete list of results, including (for completeness) the trench assays obtained in 2017 are presented in Table 1.
